The flat, located on the first floor with lift, is completely renovated, furnished with fine finishes and exposed to the sun all day, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

The large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter, making it bright and comfortable.

The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the crisp mountain air and to spend relaxing moments in the company of friends or family.

There is a covered garage for your car 100 metres away from the flat, which will allow you to park your car safely, and you will also be able to check in independently thanks to the home automation system with which the house is equipped.

Oikos Rey can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends given the presence of two bathrooms.

The house has a living room with a double sofa bed 160cm*190cm (King size) and a fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven with microwave capability), a bedroom with a bed 160cm*190cm (King size) equipped with an en-suite bathroom with toilet/bidet and washbasin, an alcove with a bed 140cm*190cm(Queen size and a further bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The house is gluten free friendly, all equipment is made of metal and plastic.

Particular attention has been paid to water consumption, the shower is in fact equipped with an air-saving shower head that uses air technology to provide the same water jet using half the number of litres per minute.

The central location of the flat is ideal for exploring Cervinia and its attractions.

Within walking distance you will find shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and nightclubs.
